Emshape / Lipo Cavitation Treatment Care

Before :

Please do not eat heavily 60mins before treatment

Kindly remove any metal from body,  ex jewelry, watches or piercings

Drink plenty of water to aid fat cell removal (Eris Cavitation - Melt fat)


After:  (Emshape Neo)

Rest treated area, wait 48 hours to go to the gym to workout the treated area

Eat a high protein meal within one hour of treatment maximize muscle growth

There may be some redness on your skin, this is normal after treatment, it should go away within about an hour.

A healthy lifestyle is also recommended to maximize results (exercise and healthy eating)

Drink plenty of water to aid fat cell removal 1.5 litres within an hour after treatment. 3 litres, 2 days after. Minimum of 30 mins of heavy cardio for the next 2 days


Treatment is not possible with the following conditions:

Pregnant, Conceiving or breastfeeding
